About Home Care Coconut Creek
We arrange non-clinical care in people's own houses, and we build the rota so that one aide stays with a household rather than passing through it.
The work this office actually does
This office sets up non-clinical care in private houses across northern Broward: washing and dressing, safe movement between rooms, meals cooked on site, upkeep enough to keep a house functioning, and somebody in it who is worth talking to.
There is no building for anyone to attend and no nursing. Anything that proves to be clinical gets called clinical, and the family is sent on to the right sort of provider — it costs us a booking and it stays the only answer worth giving.
What shapes the way we schedule is a pattern that shows up on almost every first call: the household has had help before, and what went wrong was never the washing or the cooking. It was a different face every fortnight, a routine that had to be re-explained, and a plan nobody had written down.
How the week is built
The rota protects continuity first
Slots are allocated so one aide can hold a household for months rather than weeks. That constraint costs us flexibility and it is the single decision that most changes how an arrangement feels from the inside.
The plan comes before the first visit
Written from a visit to the house, sent to you to correct, and read by every aide before they arrive. It is why the routine survives a holiday, a sick day and a change of season.
Supervision is done in person
A named supervisor comes out, watches the work being done and goes through the records afterwards. Paperwork alone does not show you an awkward transfer or a meal that keeps coming back half finished.
Corrections take effect next visit
Say what should change and it goes into the plan for the following week. No reassessment, no forms, and no conversation about whether you are sure.
Four questions that tell you how an agency really runs
Will the same aide come. Where is the plan written down. Who has actually been in the house. How long does a change take. The answers say more than any rate.
